Michelle and Alvez
This book was fun with adventure and a mystery! So endearing seeing Alvez help Michelle with her anxiety and to see how his love for her grew when her translater wasn't working.

LOVED how her anxiety attacks were shown so clearly thru the book. loved that he had a history of them of his own and that he could help her thru them. the mystery was also pretty great, tho i feel like mabey the clues could have been more spruced out rather than assembled all at once twards the end, but thats just nitpicking. it was still great

And we're back on the planet, and it just gets dumber.
Spoiler alert

So these aliens are super advanced compared to humans... and somehow they don't know that giant slug creatures live on their planet big enough to knock down trees and leave obvious "roads" that can be seen from orbit? [eye roll] Also they have no air flight control to tell them where a shuttle flew to?
