I admit, I got this because I fell in love with the cover of the book being held in front of the guy. But I loved the woman in STEM and I just loved the characters. There were some ups and downs, but it held up really well. It was a fun book and well worth a read.

Loved this book, I couldn’t put it down and read the whole thing in one day. I like that the lead works a NASA and is super smart. Highly recommend!!
I read this book on the recommendation of a few fellow bookstagrammers, and I was not disappointed. This romance is funny, hot, and intelligent, just like its characters.
Steamy, explicit. As an aerospace engineer I absolutely appreciated the science aspect and the social awkwardness of the heroine. I would say it's a more "woke" romance. The male character was supportive and turned on by the female character's intelligence (and super geeky glasses). Other than this the male character had other more typical characteristics. To me, it was a nice balance between expected heterosexual male aspects and more modern acceptance of female achievements.
I know every plot line needs "obstacles" although I did find myself a little annoyed at ridiculous hang-ups slowing the relationship. I 100% envied the round circle girl's morning, consisted of reading excerpts from steamy romance novels haha. I definitely plan to read more books in this series.

Holy Mercury!
This book was adorable. It was sweet without being too cheesy. It was nerdy but not in an obnoxious way. It was the perfect amount of spice. Jackie is a NASA employee who is trying to expand her social life. She meets new friends, Rose and Trish, and then meets Flynn, Rose's brother, a mechanic.
I like that this played on the trope of nerd without a social life without making Jackie clueless. I feel like usually it means that the person doesn't understand typical social behavior or sayings just because they're super smart. I also loved how Flynn was so into Jackie's intelligence. She also was an independent person with a successful career and the ability to stand up for herself. Even though Flynn and her friends stood up for her to she didn't hide behind them. I also loved her cowboy fixation and how that was one of the things that impressed her most about Flynn.
I also like how the typical misunderstanding with OW was resolved pretty quickly with good communication. I also understood the final conflict and felt like it made sense within the story. However, I do wish that he had sought her out in the end. Loved seeing these two get their HEA and I'm excited to read the rest of the series.

I absolutely loved this book. I love that Jackie was sweet and smart and geeky and just awesome. I loved that her job played a big part in the story. I love that she didn't let the guy come between her and her dreams. I love that Flynn got his head out of his ass and overcame his fears and made it up to Jackie. And as much as I loved the whole book/story...that epilogue was the sweetest thing ever. I literally had a goofy smile on my face as I finished the book.
I can't wait to read the other books in the series!

3 stars ⭐️. This was pretty cute. The science-y space explanations were a bit overkill at times, and both of the villain exes were kind of cartoonish but it was still fun. I might read book 2.
LOVED THIS!
Jackie is a genius working for NASA. Flynn is a mechanic with family money who thinks all women are out to use him. Let’s just say he’s not sure how to act to this woman who only wanted to help his sister. They don’t start off on the best terms but Flynn knows when he’s in the wrong and does whatever possible to make it up to her.
I love how different Flynn and Jackie are. It’s nice to see real life issues play out and actually worked through. Rose and Trisha were so fun and I love how good of friends they are to Jackie. Ahh I just loved this so much! Highly recommend!
*I received an ARC of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review with my honest opinion.*

This was such a fun read! Jackie is super smart but socially awkward NASA employee. After pushing from her friend she begins Operation social life and it was so enjoyable to watch her awkwardly navigate social interactions. She runs into the very sexy mechanic Flynn who helps repair her car. Flynn is determined and romantic. It was fun to watch these two interact and I appreciate the steam level between them. They have to deal with some outside forces and Jackie's social fears. This was a fun, cute, and had me laughing out loud a few times. A wonderful read, I plan on reading more in the series.
