If I could give this seven stars, I absolutely would in a heartbeat. This scratched every inch. Closed every door. And gave me the story I was craving. I was really anxious going into the second book because I love the first one so much. But I must say, the second one did not disappoint in any capacity. I truly don’t have one bad thing to say about this book. If I could reread it again for the first time, I would take the Opportunity. This is definitely now tied for my favorite duology I’ve ever read.

This wasn't half bad. Thank goodness it was only 2 books because dragged a bit. If this were 3+ books, it would've been unbearable. Still interesting magic and the romance was pretty good.
