If you love the game CLUE, this is for you!

A typical "find the murderer mystery" which has everything in its build up yet the reveal does not compete with the energy already created by the author. It felt like a sudden loss of balance when i read the last few pages.

I just can't help reading books with such a setting, it is one of my favorite ones! I would have liked to care more for the characters, i think they were interesting enough but when they started to die i wasn't really shocked to see them go. The reason for the killer to be one felt rather weird, since the given clues
had literally nothing to say. I mean it was again a backstory which came out of nowhere to justify the act of killing Dana. Nothing we could have really peaced together with those clues! The ending had to offer a tiny twist though, twists are always a plus, even though this one was en easy guess

Me gustó mucho. Cómo la autora arma los personajes, cómo te hace sospechar de distintos personajes hasta que la novela da una vuelta y quedas en shock.
Quiero leerla nuevamente con los personajes culpables en mente para tener otra perspectiva. La recomiendo

3 couples, a 2 person friend group and a few singles converge on a luxurious, old Inn in upstate NY, as a snow storm develops in their area. There are multiple POV's from people in varying states of conflict.

The morning after night one, the power is out and a woman's scream awakens them early. A dead body awaits them at the foot of the stairs on the first floor. It seems accidental, until a criminal defense attorney guest suggests it might not be. From there, of course, everyone begins to eye everyone else with suspicion.

The part of this book that bothered me the most was the description of it being pitch black outside at night but with a hefty amount of accumulated snow. Even with clouds, I have never seen it pitch black out when snow covers everything. Maybe this is related to me being from the South? We get snow, but it is never pitch black with snow on the ground. It is oddly light out.

All in all, a fast paced, trapped in a location, one by one whodunit. I enjoyed this book and rated it 3.5/5 stars.
