This was so good but so short, i couldn’t honestly read a thousand pages in this style of storytelling and it doesn’t hurt that the art is simply amazing.
Like everything else of Emily's, it's beautiful, nuanced, stunningly laid out, and made my mouth drop open in perfect horror at the end.

Me recomendaron este cómic y cuando vi que era de Emily Carroll, la genia de Cruzando el bosque, más ganas me dieron de leerlo. Y qué decir de Beneath the Dead Oak Tree, amo el estilo de Emily, adoro que sus historias tengan ese toque de cuentos de hadas creepy que sale siempre con algo que te deja con la boca abierta y un final bien tira pelos. Y en esta pequeña historia no me defraudó y hasta me sorprendió. Le sigo dando vueltas a lo que vi y leí, a pesar de tener 30 páginas, poco diálogo y un arte precioso hay tanto para analizar y pensar. Siento que voy a estar pensando en esta historia varios días.
