K.D Edwards I am going to fail my exams because of this book.

The best book in the series (so far) and I wonder if it’s because I’m now so attached to these characters or just because this book is objectively better. And surprisingly, I don’t care which way. Sometimes when I love a book I yearn to study it and learn everything I can about it; and then sometimes when I love a book like I loved this one, it doesn’t need a deeper, psychological analysis because it’s just amazing on its own.

When I first went into this book I wasn’t exactly the most attached to the characters and now I’ve finished it I don’t know what to do with myself. The River Chapter?? You’ve absolutely destroyed me.

I cannot. Words cannot describe how long the wait for the next book is going to feel.

I absolutely adored this book. What a great way to end this series, and if the epilogue didn't just have me crying all kinds of tears.

I did that bad thing where it's a work night and instead of sleeping I finished this book. The only things keeping me awake today are willpower and the fact that I can now process the ending as much as a want without the little voice in the back of my head yelling at me to go to sleep.

I am absolutely inconsolable.

That's it. That's what this book, this series, has the power to do.

SpoilerThe Tower had a death flag attached to him essentially when he first made an appearance in book 1, but I thought there'd be more time...
