the first 200 pages were great, i really enjoyed it and it made sense. but when they moved to the office building and annalise, that felt so dragged and i was done by then. i was counting down the pages until i could put this down. it was a school required book and definitely fun for a munch younger audience. the killer was kinda obvious ngl tho

what a ride!!! I was truly hooked from page one, and I never lost interest! The characters were interesting, as was the dynamic between them! I loved all the twists & turns, and as usual I never expected them! I was so ready to find out how everything connected and how the mystery would be resolved. I didn’t want to stop reading and I definitely wasn’t even close to guessing that ending. I just had a lot of fun with this one!

I've had the fortune of reading most of KM's previous novels, and my excitement for this latest adventure was immeasurable. This young adult mystery features a sophisticated plot with a tempo that guides the reader through its many surprises and disclosures. Just as you believe the enigma is unraveled, another unexpected twist emerges. The trio of main teenage characters and their emerging friendship truly captivated me.
