A dark academia fantasy set in Aldryn College for Lunar Magics, where ambition and secrets intertwine. With morally complex characters and a unique magic system, *Curious Tides* delivers an atmospheric and gripping read.

Loved the characters, the plot, the mystery, the magic. It draws you in and develops in a realistic way. Can’t wait for the next one!

Also just super beautiful inside and out. A wonderful addition to your shelf.

Reread: prose is great too.

I loooooved the first half of this book, and felt pretty meh towards the second half, unfortunately. I really liked the writing and the way the story was being revealed, but once everything started coming together, it wasn't really the kind of magic and story I guess I'm usually interested in, and I didn't care all that much. I also found it to be a little confusing. I'm still not entirely sure what Romie was trying to do?
I really liked Baz, though, all his chapters throughout the entire book
