I really wanted to enjoy this one but the first half was so boring. There was a lot of monologuing and it really felt like the characters just told us they had chemistry than us seeing any actual chemistry between them.

I know this is unique to me but I work in the games industry and any hing involving Mason and Troy's game just took me out of the book with how incorrect it was. It really felt like the authors didn't do their research which is so annoying.

I think this is my favourite so far what with nerdy Mason and cynical Heart both coming out of their shells what more can you ask for . You will understand why Heart is so closed off to anyone showing him any compliments when you hear his story but it was wonderful watching him realise Mase and Lucky loved him and even better when he realised he loved them.

The relationship itself was beautiful, I loved their dynamic of validating building each other up.
The beginning and the Ballsy Boys scenes felt very disjointed from the relationship though. And I may have been listening to too much 5-4 podcast but a lot of the way the parole and crime stuff was explained really didn’t sit right with me.

Heart stole my heart

Omg this book was beautiful. I mean, I should have expected it considering the authors are both my favourites, right?

Mason, Lucky and Heart were all such uniquely beautiful characters and I adored their story!

Cute but not my favorite. I thought the first half was a bit boring without much plot. I also had a hard time buying into lucky and heart constantly thinking of the other when they were with mason. The 3 together made sense but was lacking something for me. Some super cute moments though and glad to move into the next one
