I like that this book tackled not just diet & physical well being (exercise, sleep, blue light) but also spiritual & mental well being. The day by day program towards end of book is great!

If you’ve never picked up an airport health book, you’ll enjoy this. If you’ve read one, you’ve read them all. If you’re looking for some real advice and not a bunch of rambling about chemicals, read chapter 16 for the plan and move on. DNF

The book can be useful as yet another reminder to live a healthy life and how much that affects us.

It was okay. I was excited at first for the "advice" that was going to be given for it only to be some super basics: eat "superfoods", eat a lot of salmon, eat turmeric, exercise, practice meditation, etc. Also there was some bold advice such as using exercise and diet in place of medication in some cases... I'm sure this doctor is smart and his intentions are good, but the book does a poor job of establishing just how one might make that replacement take affect and stick, so it mostly just sounds like "stop taking your pills, you don't need them!"

Didn’t finish this book due to the constant stream of pseudo science preaching that was never backed up with evidence.
