Fun, fast, flirty, and forgettable. This book made me smile and was a great time while I was reading it, however, I don't think this one will stay with me and it's definitely not a new fave by this author.

I really liked this! Most of Rubys stories take place in isolated pockets of time. I like that this spanned years, I felt it added so much opportunity for conflict. Even if the characters didn’t have the deepest relationship I liked them together. I liked the curse aspect and all it entailed. I’m glad I took the plunge and finally bought this book since it’s not on KU.

The dopamine hit my brain received after clicking the “I finished the book!” button was by far the best part of reading this book.
I did not hate the twist.. and that is the best thing I can say about this.

Dixon is usually a hit for me! But between the annoying fmc, the amount of time spent in the dark Tower, and the huge holes in the logistics of living in a tower without sunlight period...I was lost. No thanks!
