Enjoyed this a lot! Heartfelt and who doesn’t love a story that takes place on a ranch in Montana??
Listen, it is Devney Perry so you know I was going to read it in one sitting and thoroughly enjoy it. This is classic Perry, with a fierce FMC, rugged MMC, and gorgeous Montana setting. There's romance, there's spice, there's family legacy, and small town vibes.
Indya grew up coming to West's family's ranch resort during the summer. For one week each year, they had each other. When she was 23, that all fell apart. Now she's back, this time as the ranch's new owner. But why? And what does this mean for her and West?
I spent so much of this book absolutely loving it, but the end was so rushed that it knocked it down a peg. The big reveal and the fallout afterwards didn't get the time to unfold the way they deserved. I was so invested and then it was all over before I could really process it.
Other than that, I really enjoyed the book. Haven River Ranch doesn't yet have the same place in my heart that The Edens does, but I am hopeful that it'll get there.

Quick read but so much emotion. While it was pretty short it was a nice change of not having the story drag on for nothing
