So much more than just a romance book.

Found it confusing at first but the plot twist at the end made it all worth it.

Loved this book!

I want to start by saying I’ve listened to several of Karen Swan’s books previously and have really enjoyed them. I selected this one because it fit with my reading challenge to read a book with a place name in the title.

Firstly, the title is a little misleading as very little of the story actually takes place in Greece.

The protagonist, Chloe, isn’t especially likeable and none of the characters are particularly interesting. I just didn’t care what happened to any of them.

I struggled through this one to tick it off my challenge but I was left sorely disappointed. I’m just glad this wasn’t my first foray into the author’s work or I wouldn’t bother with another and would have missed out on some great stories.

This might be one to miss.

I was hoping a a perfect romance beach read and I was kinda disappointed it was not that. It looks like a cute little romance book but it was more a really bad mystery. There was also way too many characters, which was very confusing. There was also way too much going on. I read it because I wanted to know what was going to happen but it was a bad read

I really enjoyed this book! It wasn’t the normal chick lit I thought it was going to be. The story line had some great plot twists and the writing was simply great! This was my first book by Swan I have read and will definitely explore more of her tittles.

I evidently bought this based on the prettiness of the cover and hadnt read the back of this. It's so dull, so boring that i wanted to throw it out my balcony. i never seem to enjoy british authors except for beth o'leary. the author is kind of redundant in describing her characters. Poppy is tall, we get it.

will probably donate my copy
