I'm so sad my re-listen of this series has drawn to a close. But Fyre is so good. It isn't my favourite of all the books, but then again I find these things hard to compare. Fyre has a lot to it. The ending of this just makes me cry so much I just love all these characters so much. The last line of this book is just ahhhh.

I would say that even though Septimus features prominently, this series about an evil ring, including its owener(s), creation and destruction.
Jenna is absolutely the worst, and besides people suddenly deciding she would be a good Queen, there is no evidence she's anything but a brat. In all the series, she never redeems herself.
Otherwise, the world and story is great, the development and conclusion of the story is satisfying, but it seems the next series is a sort of extended epilogue.
I recommend to fans of the series - this is also a fun fantasy series.

mmmmm sad that its over. but i felt that it was a fiting conclusion (being book seven and all),and i think angie sage raped it up nicely. also im super glad there is a follow up series(todhunter moon) yaya.
