Ohhh, I didn't like this book because it was boring, by far the worst of the three and Arren was awful in my opinion and it also seems that Ged is getting old real fast and this is a pity.
Ohhh, questo libro non mi é piaciuto perché é noioso e Arren un personaggio orrido, inoltre Ged invecchia a vista d'occhio e questo mi sembra sia un vero peccato.

A bit worse than the second book ([b:The Tombs of Atuan|13662|The Tombs of Atuan (Earthsea Cycle, #2)|Ursula K. Le Guin|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1659761935l/13662._SY75_.jpg|1322146]), but still much better than the first. Good enough to make me want to continue with the series

Great seeing Ged as an old, wise man. The kid was kinda weird though...
A great ending to the Earthsea Trilogy. It reflects well on the other two books and Ged's character within them. It's pleasing to see Ged giving sage advice that you know he's learnt the hard way. It's also fun to see him at the height of his power and wisdom, conversing with dragons as equals. Continuing the themes of power and darkness, it also explores desire and human nature.

"Though I came to forget or regret all I have ever done, yet would I remember that once I saw the dragons aloft on the wind at sunset above the western isles; and I would be content."
High fantasy conclusion to the Earthsea trilogy. There was much that was fitting to the tale and the concepts of zen and balance are deftly weaved throughout the story.
