I have been struggling to find a good series, and was really happy that I jumped straight into this…

I really enjoyed this book about Jake and Amalie, and I am such a sucker for enemies to lovers romances, I don’t know what it is but I love how they over come their hate and the male really ends up redeeming himself!!!

Totally worth my 5 stars!!! X

3.5⭐️ can’t wait to read the rest of this series!!

I struggled with this book, mainly because the male lead was insufferable. His overwhelming mummy issues made him one of the most pathetic characters I’ve ever read, and it was frustrating to watch him take out his unresolved trauma on the female lead. Speaking of her, I truly felt for her—she went through so much, and yet, the moment he finally decided to change, she forgave him almost instantly. It felt completely unearned and made the resolution incredibly frustrating. This book had potential, but the way the female lead’s pain was brushed aside for the sake of a rushed reconciliation completely ruined it for me.

This book was brilliant. Jake and Amalie were like moths to a flame and constantly pulled to each other, as they say there is a fine line between love and hate. The tension, inner turmoil, past trauma was wonderfully written. I loved it.

One thing's for sure. I wasn't supposed to want her. I wanted to hurt her, not want to make her fucking mine.

This is why I love bad boys!

My first book by this author. And I'm blown away by it. It was so captivating! If I had the next book in my hands, I'd jump right into that one. Luckily February isn't so far away.
I'm eager to see what else she has up her sleeve and to see where she goes with this new series! #cantwait The ending of Thorn has left me wanting!

didn't really like it. i would like it more if the main character has some fire in her but nope she lets everyone get to her and does nothing
