The writing was fine, but not groundbreaking. I did really enjoy the story and the plot as it kept me reading. When I wasn’t reading I was thinking about the book. I I thought Sorinda was a fine character but I wish she let us as readers more into her world. I also felt there wasn’t a lot of chemistry between her and Kearan, but again really fun and a nice read

The story was honestly fine, but I found myself incredibly bored and disinterested in Sorinda's story. I just picked up this book after the other two, thinking the story would continue from Alosa's perspective. Didn't know we would get a POV change and apparently I didn't want one. I enjoyed the first two books.

One thing I remember that wasn't clear:

Iskirra, the healer, is IMA near the end of the story, but we never find out if she died or not..
