Such a fun addition to the folk of the air series - I love a dual POV, so to get Cardans perspective and background was so satisfying.

Cardan was my favorite character throughout the series, so I loved reading more about his life and relationships. I do wish we had seen more reactions to when Jude was in that perilous situation in book two or when she was in the mortal world. I loved the beautiful illustrations, and they made me feel like a kid again reading picture books and falling in love with stories.

I may be biased, but this is definitely the best novella I have read. I may be a year late to the party but it’s FINE!!

I am Jude x Cardan hive, so this was the most amazing thing because I’m MISSING THEM RN!!!!!! Cardan is the biggest Dumbass and I knew he was going to pull some dumb shit, what a king I love him.
