I've not read any of the prior Clecanian books, but I can safely say you don't really loose much having not read them. Maybe a few character references but overall not necessary for sure. You can get the basic jist of where those characters were from prior.

It's an interesting world for sure, I may go back and read some of the previous books. I'd hope they'd all be just as possessive and juicy as Sikthand was.

My heart is so full!!!

I can’t even begin to express how much I needed this story in my life… it was heart wrenching, had twists and turns. The closer I got to the end the more I dreaded this story coming to a close. This is definitely Victoria’s best book!
