(Audiobooked) I think this book is decent in offering its readers prompts for introspection, but I wouldn’t say it is revolutionary or deep in its analysis of how you can change the way you think. I would recommend this to 20somethings who need a reminder of how we have choices to edit our worldview, but I wouldn’t deem it a must read.

I would give this book 3.5 stars. You could easily find articles like these on Thought Catalog...which I didn't realize when I purchased this book (TikTok find). The other reason why I gave it 3.5 stars...a lot of things were quite repetitive throughout the book which was off-putting. Aside from that, it was nice to be able to start/stop as needed.

Loving the short essays in this book some of them are pretty well written and empowering to read.
