I wish I could find words for this book but I don't think I can. QB absolutely killed it with this one and it is now my favorite of her books

I really liked the concept of this story, and enjoyed both perspectives on this. But there was a lot of lull periods when I was like get to the point. Overall I did enjoy this book but from about 15-30 percent I was a little bored. But the re connection made it all worth it so I’m saying 3.5/4 stars

The book was great. Tears everywhere The third act did not have nearly enough groveling. I do love an amnesia plot

As someone who just recently went through a divorce I connected with this book so much in a way. Obviously not completely as I am actually divorced but the issues brought up were so genuine and realistic. Most books tend to gloss over hard subjects pretty quickly or leave things kinda open ended but this book really took the time to break down every thought and emotion and I cried so much through it. I love when authors really take the time to show how someone really* feels in a situation and validates emotions that the reader may have. I can’t even express fully how much I loved this book.

I...did not like this. I just can't get past the frequent gaslighting and blaming of the heroine that happened in this book like omg STOP. She was surrounded by terrible people who invalidated her feelings constantly, and she honestly needed more time to heal than she was afforded. And not to mention the fact that
Spoilerthe hero continued to sleep with the other woman knowing that she was a big part of the reason why his marriage fell apart while said hero was still trying to mend things with the heroine?
Yeah. It just didn't sit well with me.

This book gutted me. I pretty much cried the entire time I read it but it was so good. 10/10!

Yes it’s about getting over an affair but it’s a great story about growth and love.

This book is an emotional rollercoaster. I am not a fan of cheating tropes at all, and even though it was hard to get over at times, the story was so good I just couldn’t put it down. This will tug at your heartstrings and make you want to scream and fight against and for Liv and Bennett at the same time. Steamy and emotional and definitely worth the read!
