This is an unrealistic story with a detestable main character. Addison was so sarcastic and flippant it was annoying.
Most characters are very unlikable and it’s just a relief to get it over with. The author kept throwing in twists, but I honestly didn’t care.

About a woman who married a man to blackmail him for her mother who had a vendetta against him since high school. 

He is a prominent doctor who killed his brother and parents in high school but came out looking like a hero. The woman who married him is his daughter but she doesn’t know it. Her mother manipulated the daughter into marrying him so she can kill him and get his inheritance, but somebody else kills him before that can happen.
