this books went down hill in the single most disgusting way a book could possibly go.

the fmc was raped by another character and the hero who is in love with her and who KILLS people for sports did not save her, do you know what he did? he joined the rapist in feeding from the fmc
the rape was disgustingly graphic and i had to skim PAGES in order for it to end and just when i think the mmc sas going to save her, HE JOINS IN. he gets in bed with her and om AGAIN and lets him touch and kiss her and feed off her.
i have never been more repulsed in my life.

what's worst was that the author refused to name it what it is, RAPE. she kept adressing it as " fucking " like it was consensual.
and a few pages later had the mmc try to make the fmc jealous by touching and having other girls on his lap and feeding on them
and in the end SHE saved her ownself not that limp dicked mmc if he can even be called that.
but what i loved about her is that she did not have any love lost on the mmc, when she hurt him by calling him an abominable creature i was like YES GIRL. she did not give 2 fucks about the girl who were on his lap, and in the end when she planned her escape and left him fighting Luke she did not look twice to see if he lived or died.
i hope i HOPE his weak ass isn't the endgame mmc and she wont somehow forgive him i hope we get a REAL MMC

I truly don’t know what I thought this book was going to be, but it was literally nothing like I thought the audio alone for this was five stars. This was dark and eerie honestly at times kind of horrific so much of this had my jaw on the floor. Give me book two immediately. I go feral for a man that begs and this mmc was perfect. Ugh I loved this so much!!!!
