OMG!! I loved it!!
I fell in love with the characters instantly and I was so addicted I managed to read it all in one day.
So many plot twists, but it made the story one hundred times better.

Impossible to rate. I did stay up till 3 in the morning finishing this, so it’s obviously compelling, but the bullying in this book is next. level. I actually cried multiple times. I don’t understand how there’s any coming back from this.
Also, the prologue was literally the ending. Like, I completely knew how the book was going to end before it even properly started. I'm going to be skipping Stunich's prologues from now on.

okay so at first going into this i was mad uncomfortable at first because they were 15 in this book but i kept reading because i’ve read some of the authors other work. but yoooooo this book had so much drama!! it was like if gossip girl was in a boarding school.

i've been downloading a bunch of free kindle books and reading them for fun and this series was free so i'm gonna read all of them even though they aren't the greatest.
a few thoughts:
- i'm really hoping the protagonist gets stronger and isn't such a pushover (fkn pussy) in the next book. the ending sort of told us that she was gonna take revenge in the next book so hopefully she doesn't fall right back into the idols arms again (cause that was kinda desperate and pathetic... sorry)
- also i didn't like the prologue and the last chapter being the same, it would've been so much better if we thought everything was all rainbows and butterflies.
- ALSO also the love square/pentagon or whatever is super confusing and all the bets and gambling and rich kid shit is fkn wild.
(there was a few typos i found throughout this book (in the kindle version) and they really pissed me off. like ?? isn't this meant to be an edited and published book ??? get your shit together)

So I found the main girl, Manye, (I'm sorry but that name is the worst thing) is probably the most annoying person I've ever read. I instantly hated her. She was too naïve with her surroundings considering she was supposed to be brought up in the 'ends'. I don't know why but the author prized having Manye as a virgin who doesn't drink or do anything like that. It gave me the impression that she thought she was better than everyone else because of those factors and it really got on my nerves. Apart from my instant dislike of her personality the way she interacted with the boys was completely unrealistic and kinda made it obvious what they were planning, if you hadn't read the weird bit at the start that completely ruined any 'surprise' at all. The extra safe writing also contradicted the 'adult' themes also explored. I don't know I usually comfort read these types of books and eat it all up, just this one just fell short. Also I forgot to mention these people are 15! Are you actually taking the piss this would never happen, like ever.
