Remarkable, 5+ stars. Equal part hilarious and heartfelt, intellectual and emotional. A book that explains more about America than anything I’ve read in a while.

Opened. My. Eyes.
So well written. I couldn’t put it down. I now think Amazon is the devil, and feel some sympathy for those folks taking my calls at AT&T. Oh my gosh - these are the strongest people out there. Everyone should read this.

Excellent read and window into the crazy world that many of us, though we might have worked in that world a decade or 2 (or 3...) ago, might not recognize the atmosphere. The Amazon section was eye opening (and they are ripe for a union to come in...and probably need it to happen). The timing of everything down to seconds, scheduling that doesn't allow that actual humans to work there, and of course, the self-centered crazy people that call customer service desks and scream at the employee whose hands are tied (or scream at restaurant or retail employees...or worse) ... y'all crazy people just need to stop. The main reason I couldn't give this 5 stars is the F-bombs and the clear hating on the current POTUS. Should have left that junk out.
We live in a late capitalist dystopian nightmare hellscape, and it has to change.
