An easy read, bur the more I read the less I liked it. Kya is a completely unrealistic chatacter

Parts I enjoyed: Description and poetic-like writing
That’s pretty much where it ends for me. The ending was incredibly disappointing, the point-of-view was too revealing and drove me nuts, the plot was very sub-par, and overall it was pretty unbelievable. I know I’m in the minority here, but I’m amazed there are as many 5 and 4 star reviews as there are for this book.

Dude this book is so bad lol!

Started slow but the marsh girl grew on me. Big fan of the plot twist in the final few pages

Excellent.

I read this because everyone was saying how amazing it was... It started out interesting, but by a quarter of the way through it was progressing so slowly that I really just didn't care anymore. I read it through to the end, because I'm stubborn like that and because I kept waiting for it to become amazing.

Es un libro entretenido, bien escrito, la creación del escenario de la marisma es detallado. Me gusta las comparaciones que hace el narrador entre los humanos y otras especies de animales. Un título muy bien escogido y original. Otro punto destacable es la inclusión de poemas.
