OK so I knew I would love this because Kayla Grosse writes the best stories of plus sized babes getting the HEA (and mindblowing Os) that they deserve. It also had age gap and dad's best friend - honestly what's not to love? However, I was NOT PREPARED for how hot the concept of these two relative strangers "playing house" would be. I literally cannot explain it, but them pretending to be married, caring for one another with such tenderness and passion just did something to me. The beach scene? Burned into my brain. Also, she calls HIM baby and my god - i loved that too.
It was hot, it was wholesome, and I devoured it. Kayla Grosse can do no wrong.

This smutty little age-gap novella is so worth the read! She is a spicy and sultry story that is going to have you fanning yourself off 🥵

And if there is one thing I will always say it’s that the world needs more adorable smutty books so, Kayla, please keep writing these! 🫶🏼

I’m a sucker for all these tropes and it’s now my favorite book by this author! I think I melted a little every time he called her “dirty girl” 😮‍💨
