Eh, not as good as the first two. I spent most of the time confused and wondering how this truly related (I get that his birth parents were the tie but it felt weak). Not as creepy as the first two, which is why I'm here for a horror novel. Worth reading to round out the series, though. I did once again enjoy the audio, though!

Uf, a to jsem si říkala, že horší už to snad nebude. Ještě že už je konec, tato série mě skutečně zklamala.

The actual horror aspect in this book compared to the others in the series was disappointing and the characters that I've grown fond of were just grouchy and unlikeable in this story. Jordan is constantly tearing Dan down and he is just taking it. But not once did I feel like DNFing the book due to Madeleines writing being some of my favorite to read, it's very easy to read. I reserve 2 stars for books that I have to push through and fight to finish which is the reason I am giving this a 3.

من تا هزاران جلد دیگه هم از این مجموعه و نویسنده بخونم بازم تکرار میکنم، متن داستان خیلی روون و سریعه!

I'm completely and totally addicted to this series! I so want to keep going and to see how things go for Dan, Abby and Jordan, what are their next adventures! Some how I always seem to end up in New Orleans when I read, but it always makes for a grand adventure, one I never regret. This story is no exception, I always feel like im part of the group helping Dan figure out what's going on. Well since the next book isn't out yet, I suppose I will start the Novellas in the meantime.
