Such a solidly good short story collection - great writing, unique ideas and such a gorgeous walking of the surreal tightrope. Lots of these ideas will stay with me, particularly G, Returning and Office Hours. My only real complaint is that I would have loved if some of the endings were less open (I don't mind an open ending but when it's every story I'd like a few to be more solid!)
Holy shit — this is excellent. I don’t really know what I was expecting, but it was not this profound, painful, beautifully written collection of stories that reads almost like poetry. . I’m blown away and awestruck. I’m shaking with rage, fear, and admiration all at the same time. Words are powerful and reading this was as formidably feminine as an author dares to be.

It’s eerie and unsettling, with very random twists on reality, yet comforting with the familiar struggles painted in the stories. Loved all of them - maybe except Yeti Lovemaking but that’s the weirdest title ever so in a way I love that too.
