another one thank you! i think this is my favourite book since the beginning of the series. i love lily and lo more than anything their love is genuinely the most beautiful thing i’ve ever read about and knowing there’s no other lilo only book left for me to read is breaking my heart. how i wish those characters were real omg

"We're at the best place we've ever been, reaching a stasis together. It's beautiful up here, and even if I fear falling, it's nice to know I've been down that road before. And I can always walk to the top again.
i practically devoured the second half of this book in half a day and i stayed up until 5am crying my eyes out before i went to bed, tears just kept streaming down my face towards 3/4 of the book.
it is suffice to say that i'm not in the best place to write and form any coherent thoughts enough to justify the love i have for all these characters and the incredibly wonderful (albeit painful) journey they've all been through together as a family. i keep saying this but: nobody fights harder than both lily and lo did for each other and for the happy ending they deserve. their journey to recovering from their addictions were rocky and challenging, yet they were both willing to fight it for each other.
connor's talk about (his) sexuality just made me love him even more, i didn't think it was possible but it did. his development—allowing himself to love and care about someone else other than himself, rose and his daughter—of him slowly coming to terms with the fact that he cares about his friendship with lo and ryke (whether he likes to admit this or not),
there are still many more things to point out for me but i'm not in the best place to write i mean i still have the other three books in the series to look forward to but i refuse to believe that one day i'll come home from school only to realize that i've finished this series and it has been a part of my life for maybe 2-3 weeks. most of the times just the mere thought of knowing i can come home and settle down and read these books is enough for me to have something to look forward to every day. so, yes, i'm in denial.

Now after starting the Calloway Sister series this series just doesn’t feel the same for me anymore. Don’t get me wrong I like it still and I think they add a lot to everything that goes on but I don’t feel the same level of investment with them like I felt with Rose, Connor, Daisy, and Ryke. I also think they were more immature and regressed especially Lily in here until she gave birth and it just randomly changed and not discussed as much anymore but that is just my opinion. I guess it seemed more repetitive as well from what has happened already but I did like the Hale Co. part of the plot in here I think it helped Loren’s charcter by the end of it. Overall it was a nice conclusion for them but I’m excited to jump into the last of the Calloway Sister books.

This was perfect, epic,beautiful and I fell in love a thousand times more from Lo, if that is possible.
