So far I have been loving The Sisters Grimm. Corny jokes abound, and the appearance of classic fairytale characters makes for a truly enjoyable read. I had high expectations for this book because I have enjoyed the rest of the series so much, but I was disappointed! Sabrina and Daphne Grimm are growing up and dealing with the obligations that come with being Grimms, but I felt like difficult problems were resolved too easily...maybe I shouldn't be so harsh considering this is a children's book but I will be anyway.

Fiction, Children's, Fairy Tale, Adventure

I read all of these books and absolutely fell in love with them!! I think it must have been 3rd grade but i’m not sure. I was obsessed with them!!

The story is about two sisters (sabrina and daphne) who have been bounced around the foster system when they find their grandma. They go to live with their grandma even though they don’t want to. Her grandma has a big dog. they learn that the whole town is full of fairytale characters. there is also puck who they didn’t get along with at first but eventually they do and later sabrina and him find out that they are each other’s true love. I remember a lot more little details but I’m not sure how to connect them lol. Anyways they find out that their parents aren’t really dead and we’re kidnapped by the scarlet hand and put to sleep and can only be woken up with true loves kiss, but they are both asleep and each other’s true love. but then the girls kiss them and it wakes them up and they defeat the scarlet hand and live happily ever after:)
Other things:
-Baba Yaga and her house with chicken legs
-The grandma has a big st bernard
-Puck had his own magical room at the grandma's house with like a whole world inside
-The cops were the three little pigs lol
-Snow White was Daphne's teacher

omg i loved these books so much i really should reread them. I was obsessed with fairy tales for a long time and I read and listened to these books lots of times.
