Nothing like an attempted rape in a "children's book" about beer! I thought this would be, like, a cute explanation of how beer is made? But it was just garbage. Very disappointing.

This was a lighthearted treatise on the subject of beer, somehow told through the eyes of a 6 year-old. I laughed and learned quite a bit, and would recommend as a nice palate cleanser between novels.

This is a weird little book. It is subtitled both "A Children's Book for Grown-ups" and "A Grown-up Book for Children" and it has a big ol' glass of beer on the front. Oh, yes.

I didn't care for the child protagonist. Just overall boring.

A nice lesson on how beer is made. From the beer fairy (something I always knew existed) and a little girl.

Като "Чарли и шоколадовата фабрика", но с бира. И без Уили Уонка.

"We'll meet again someday," the Beer Fairy had prophesied."The ordinary world is only the foam on top of the real world, the deeper world - and someday you and I will meet again."

Ugh, this was awful. Set up to be funny, I'm sure, I just found the book annoying simple and nothing I would hand my kids. Not my 10 year old (should she REALLY be reading a book with a big beer on the front?!) Nor my teen (see previous reason) but as an adult, this was just boring and for being so short, it felt like it took forever to get through.
