I never thought I could be so enthralled by discussions of ancient mammalian dentition, lol. I always appreciate Steve's desire to highlight the people responsible for some of these incredible discoveries. As much as I enjoyed his other work, The Rise and Fall of the Dinosaurs, this book kept me hooked and I found myself thinking about this book a lot when I wasn't listening, and I was always excited to get back to it.
