I don't actually remember the exact date I read this book on, just that it was sometime in middle school.
First dystopian series that left a warm feeling after I finished it :)
Into the Still Blue is such a nice conclusion to this series! I loved it so much.
This book was packed with action. Never once did I feel that the pace was slow. I really like how Rossi ended this series. I have to admit I have a few questions about what will happen in the Still Blue, but all in all I really liked this conclusion.
I don't know why I didn't read this series sooner. I thought I wouldn't like it a lot because of the short content, but I'm so glad I gave this series a try anyway. This is definitely a wonderful trilogy! I absolutely loved it!

There is so much things happening so much betrayal and revelation yet it feels like nothing is happening. It is too slow.
I also didn’t like how the relationship between Arya and Perry developed. I know they all have their responsibilities but it felt like they were an old couple without common interest anymore. It would have been fun to keep, for once, an healthy and ideal relationship in a dystopian book.
Also, Roar? I know he is grieving and such but ?? Rossi did him so bad. He is all gloomy, depressed and angry but there was an easy solution to solve the last problem : talking. Communication guys. I just wanted to scream at Perry and Roar to talk to each other.
Well, I would have scream this to probably everyone in this book. There was a lot of talking but no talking at the same time. It was as if no one really listened to what was happening. everyone will die but they are still people doubting every plan…
Even though there were things I didn’t like, it was still a great end to this serie. I liked the ending. I liked how Arya was angry and badass at the end. I liked the happy ending for everyone.
I still recommend it. It is different.

This was a great conclusion to the series. Review to come.

I liked this series, and would recommend it, but I have to say the ending was way to convenient. It ramped up for 3 books (unnecessarily long, as I already put in my review of the second book) and then everything just tied up neatly. Rossi built up this un-defeatable bad guy, and then they just get rid of him. I'm trying not to put a spoiler in here, but it felt like they could have done it that way at any point in the previous books. There needed to be a plan to beat him that was as fabulous and clever as he was supposed to be, and it wasn't, in my opinion. The ending just fell flat.
Fantastic ending to a fantastic series. I only wish there was more!
I enjoyed this story and these characters. I loved the way the plot developed and the growth of each character. I didn't feel like everything got wrapped up in a pretty bow and I appreciated that the female characters in these books weren't helpless, overly emotional, and in general seemed much more awesome than a lot of other female protagonists seem. I would recommend this trilogy if you were in the mood for something adventurous.
