Thank you Love Notes PR for the ARC

I love going back to Sugarland Creek! Fall with Me introduces us to middle brother Landen. We start the Prologue that has a trigger warning and can be skipped if needed. Chapter one introduces us to Ellie 7 years later. We met Ellie at the very end of Stay With Me (book 2) Ellie is a barrel racer. She is our grump and HATES Landen. The book spans over years of hate for Landen but our little sunshine boy does not give up trying to win our girl over or at least find out why she hates him.
Noah, Fisher, and Baby Poppy along with Magnolia and Tripp are all in the book which is so nice to have life updates on our previous loves!

When Ellie has an accident and looses her memories she wakes up to our boy Landen by her side. Our sweet boy puts his heart on the line for her!

I cannot wait to get the twins stories in the next two books!

There were some really good twists in this book! (I won't spoil them)

*A bit of a spoiler***

The only thing that I wish we got a bit more information on was the relationship with Gage. I feel like there was a bit of a loose string with him. Also his GF I don't think would have just disappeared.

This book was actually really good, I don’t usually like the amnesia trope but something about this book just was it for me. Landon was the sweetest guy ever. And I just love them together. They were such adults and I just loved that so much 4.2/5⭐️’s.

i am literally so obsessed!! I love landon and ellie so freaking much omg!!! This book had a lot of firsts for me so i was super excited to read it and it truly blew me away! The banter and back and fourth, the tension, the drama?!?! it was so goodddd! I was not prepared for the way this book went and it was honestly the best ride ever! When i was about half way through the book, i still couldnt quite figure out the secret ellie was hiding but when i did... jaw was on the ground. i dont know what I thought was going to happen but it wasnt what happened lol. landon and ellie are so perfect for eachother and i am just in love with them. idk what else to say other than you need to read this asap!!!

what to expect with fall with me:
- age gap, cowboy x barrel racer, she hates him and he doesnt know why, he falls first, she loses her memory, grumpy sunshine but shes the grump, small town, and there is a suspense subplot.

“Careful. The more you say you don’t like me, the harder I’m gonna fall.” His lips curve into the cockiest smirk I’ve ever seen. “Wanna fall with me?”

Fall With Me | Brooke Montgomery | Sugarland Creek Book 3

Review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5,

Back where I love to be, Sugarland Creek Ranch, with another great love story! Also, another prologue that was gut wrenching, emotional, & grabbed my attention immediately!

This one was unique to the other books in this series, as Ellie is NOT a fan of Landen in the slightest! She pretty much outright loathes him from the very beginning, & it’s made clear why later, but it’s definitely something that hooked me because I needed to know! Landen is the biggest sweetheart because no matter how ugly Ellie is to him, he’s never once ugly back. Heck, pretty sure he enjoys it lol! Their banter is fantastic!

How their story develops is also unique, as Ellie loses her memories of Landen after a barrel racing accident, & no longer hates him. While they take things slow (this one is definitely a much slower burn that the others) since Landen refuses to take advantage of her memory loss, it makes you fall in love with them & how they grow their bond & relationship. Landen Hollis is GOALS

Landen Hollis. What a sweet, patient, and loyal MMC. I kept reading because I loved him so much after the first two books. He was my favorite part of the story.

That said, this was great concept in theory but the extensive story building caused the FMC’s amnesia-causing accident to be pushed to the second half of the book. It made the book feel rushed in the second half and the ending too abrupt.

Perhaps I could have been more forgiving of this had I liked Ellie. However, I just didn’t enjoy her perspective or personality. I love a reverse grumpy/sunshine but she was just too sullen. And her unwillingness to communicate was frustrating.

Not my favorite in this series but I’ll probably give the next book a shot and hope this one was just a fluke.

3.75. I loved the banter between the main love interests and I found them cute together. And I love the family dynamic and banter between the siblings. Landen is a huge jokester but I appreciated his ability to be serious and thoughtful. Makes him a top tier book boyfriend.

The conflict of why she hated him the whole time ended up being kind of anti-climactic. I respect the maturity but it just felt kind of like “that’s it?” We moved past it so quickly. I also wish we would have had more one on one moments where they got to know each other on a deeper level.

I’m a little bummed her next book is going to be another big age gap. I’m starting to think that’s this author’s favorite trope and it tends to be my least favorite one.
