Colleen is truly AMAZING! I don't even know where to start. I feel like I want to know her characters and the fusion of art and words are beautifully woven together in this book!

4.5 stars for me! Absolutely LOVED the art in this book. I love the idea on how it was created in the story. I want to go to a gallery with artists who depict confessions right now. The connection of Adam and Owen tied things up so perfectly for me. It was such a great ending. There haven’t been many CoHo books that have been less than 4 stars for me. Love her work so much!

owen gentry, the man you are.

Auburn, twenty-something years old, walks into an art studio not knowing what to expect, and yet everything takes her by surprise. Anonymous confessions litter the walls, and Owen, owner of the studio, turns them into art. That's the premise of the novel, when it comes down to it: Turning pain, regret, and guilt into art.

A headstrong Auburn, for the first time in her life, decides to let her heart take the reigns. The only problem is that Owen has a confession of his own, a confession that threatens to tear the two apart. Auburn must learn to find compromise between her heart and her head; otherwise, she risks losing everything she loves most.

In typical CoHo fashion, Confess was unique, unlike anything I'd read before. Say what you will about Colleen Hoover, but no one can discredit her imagination or originality. Her books are something different, and you never predict that they'll turn out the way they inevitably do.

Loved it! This is definitely one of my favorites by CH.

Auburn and Owen’s love story is just everything. It’s intense, it’s passionate, and it’s full of OMG moments

4.8 ⭐ I don't have to say anything...it's Colleen Hoover

This book felt like a really long never ending sentence. This author has a tendency to take forever to get to the point. I kept wanting to read ahead to figure out what was the point of the story but I didn’t. I always have to finish every book I start but I almost wanted to toss this one aside. The only reason I’m giving it two stars instead of one is because I liked Owen. The rest was a no for me.
