This book was so good. I wouldn't recommend it to just anyone though. It was INCREDIBLY dark and heartbreaking throughout. It made me feel ALL of the feelings. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star rating instead of 5 is because I did predict most of the plot... but it was really well written and didn't change the feelings I felt while reading this absolute roller coaster. There were still some things I didn't see coming.

The Epitome of Dark Romance
It’s been a while since I read a dark romance that reminded me why I love the genre so much. This book had me guessing from start to finish and had my heart in its clutches.
The blurred lines between right and wrong give a new face to morally grey. A boom without a happy ending, instead left with heartbreak for the innocent souls born into a world of no choice.
Must read.

Went in knowing it was not a HEA type of ending and it still hurt. Would definitely read it again though. I love the main characters and the dual POV made it enjoyable. Christian the male main character is my fav definitely sided with him in certain situations 😅. Spicy scenes didn’t feel like they were just added, they flowed well in the story.

Elena got me so mad for not seeing who the Silencer was 🤦🏽♀️. It was basically a Batman situation like he is right there so when she got mad after finding out I got mad that it took her so long. It was necessary for the story yea but still >_>
This book... I went in completely blind. I have heard this story is heart wrenching. They were correct. I had a feeling this wasn't going to be the HEA type of book, but the end of this book had my jaw on the floor. I was unsure how to rate this, but any book that makes me feel that way deserves 5 stars.
