Ruthless Kings is the second book in the Windsor Academy series. I loved book one and was very excited to start this one. This book is told from dual points of view from Jazz and Kingston.

This book starts out with Jazz in the hospital after being left for dead. She doesn't know who she can trust, and who is going after her.

As the book goes on Kingston proves to Jazz he is not behind her attack, and thinks it has to do with his and her father and families. They work together to try to uncover the mystery of what their father's are hiding. As well as a budding relationship between the two.

This book was captivating from the start and I loved all the twists and turns. I can not wait for the third book in the series!

** I received a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

More secrets, more lies and more mystery. Ruthless Kings is just as addicting as book one in this series, Wicked Liars. It takes you deeper down the rabbit hole.

Jazz and Kingston’s relationship continues to be a rollercoaster. Their entire lives continue to be one crazy, wild ride. Kingston’s protective and caveman side is out in full force throughout the course of this book. He will stop at nothing to continue his mission and to find who attacked Jazz and to keep her safe.

I really love Jazz. She is a fighter, she may be in a new environment and grieving still, but she isn’t some weak little girl. Her strength is what makes her such a strong character. Kingston is hard to resist, too. Especially the more of his softer and protective side you get to see as this book progresses.

I LOVE their group of friends, too. Bentley, Reed and Ainsley. I loved that throughout this book there is more about their past that is brought to light and provides a lot of insight to this tight knit group.

If you are looking for a dark, bully romance this is one to check out, but make sure you read book 1 first!

After that cliffy in Wicked Liars (Windsor Academy #1) I was already to find some answers quick. Just when you think you know; we get thrown into a loop that will have your mind twisted. Jazz is determined to stay strong when it comes to herself and independence staying truth to herself regardless of the new world she is currently living in; however, the boys: Bentley, Reed, especially Kingston keeps testing her limits. Kingston is also still proving to his father that he is ready to do for more for him. Walls are gradually being broken down and they are taking risks that will either back fire and break them or go according to their plans. Trust is constantly being tested and the mind games is a trip. The suspense for more is at a all time high. I am ready for more!

So this is the kind of story I rage read and I’m stopping here because this plot seems way too much for the 18 yo characters.

Suddenly they are all BBFs and plotting against their parents and it’s too much drama that I’m just not invested enough in to continue.
