I forgot to write a review about this one right after I finished it, so most of my thoughts about it are deluded now. But I remember it wasn't as good as the first one, as it usually happens; a little bit too long, with a little bit of a weird pacing sometimes. There were some things that moved me, it's not like I didn't like it. I certainly didn't love it like I did Malice

I liked the first book a lot more. They lost me about half way through the book. And the end kinda made me :/

Love the first book but felt like this sequel wasn’t quite sure what was going on, plot-wise. The revelations of the twists and turns at the end seemed sloppily glued together and it was all just kind of a mess. Not terrible, but not the stellar storytelling of book 1.
