This book has all the pieces of being a good story, it just needed a better editor. Far too long, too many "thinking" scenes, slow plotline, and very repetitive.

JLA has done it again! No sequel sadness for me. Going to grab some food, contemplate how awake I truly need to be for work tomorrow and get started on book three. What a truly amazing sequel. If you haven’t read this book yet, stop reading this and go buy yourself a copy. Or four in multiple formats. I’m currently trying to figure out how to get myself physical copies of these books without my husband noticing. These books are pricey so I gots to be sneaky!

Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh. What just happened?! And where is the third book?? I need it NOW. Such a fan.
After calming down a bit (just a bit) after I ended this book, I now feel like I need to write more of a review. This book is all about passion, strength, and vulnerability. It definitely has material that would be sensitive to some, so take it with a word of caution. But the story that continues to develop every time I turn a page is just incredible. I’ve been instantly mesmerized since I started the first, and waiting for the third is going to be very hard. Again, it’s not a book for everyone, I but definitely love it.
