Audiobook

This is really dark and somehow even less realistic than Mifia Mistress. I usually really like the whole 'pet' sub thing, but I didn't here . . . I will freely admit I only read this book so that I could read 'Mafia Target' (the next book in the series) cause I was going to stop after the last book, but my friend said this book was worth pushing through so that you could read the next one. I hope she is right.

I don't like Gia.. I really didn't like how she came at Frankie. and I don't like how she judged Fausto like him and Enzo wasn't the same person... All the bs started because ENZO kidnapped Frankie.. Fausto did what he had to in order to get Frankie back from Enzo so the constant mention of him kidnapping Enzo family didn't do it for me.. Enzo was the reason for all the wrong that happened to him because of the things he did.. He still didn't learn his lesson because then he kidnaps Gia.. I didn't feel the chemistry between Enzo and Gia we didn't get to see them fall for each other it was just told to us.. The confrontation between Fausto and Enzo should have been more than what it was considering they waited 4 years to be face to face.. The spicy scenes were good

I ended up liking this much more than I thought I would. Enzo was an unredeemable character for me, but I thought his motives and development were well done. I also enjoyed Gia and how strong she was. I wanted their time on the yacht to have developed a bit more
I wanted one or two more nights/moments like their last night together on the boat when he had his nightmare
I thought this book did a great job of picking up from the first two and continuing the overall story of this series.
I felt like Enzo could’ve groveled a bit more when he came to win her back — it felt like she was quick to forgive him, but I did like how he let her still have the life she made for herself and her career and make her own decisions: something that wasn’t common in this world
All in all, I enjoyed this read!

This was very hot but there was snot enough groveling from Enzo at the end from my pov. This series is fun.

I really loved it. Somehow mila made me forgive and fall for Enzo even though he was stubborn. I really liked Gia! She was so strong willed! Her piercing…
