Very teenager-angst but in a beautiful way. I feel like if I had read this in my high school years, this definitely would have been my personality for a long time lol

Loved the writing, and definitely loved the twist--gave me goosebumps!

Beautiful book cover...every time I picked it up, I saw something more in the artwork. While I consider myself a verse connoisseur, I struggled with this one mainly because the direction of the story was confusing and not self-evident at all. About three-fourths the way through, the story explains itself in a twist I didn't pick up on. So, if you are out there reading this one, keep going...it is worth it.

This book was incredibly beautiful and haunting. I loved the author’s way of writing and the prose in this novel is excellent. The twist at the end kind up creeps up on you slowly, not all at once. I loved that aspect of the novel most of all.

This started out slow and then just absolutely decimated me. Gutted me like a fish and left me sobbing and gasping for breath.

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for giving me the opportunity to read an ARC of (Me) Moth!

This is a very weird and beautiful book! It's about a girl named Moth who lost her family in a car accident who goes on a road trip with a new boy in her class to try to find some peace and some more connection to her family and the world around her. The "finding yourself on a road trip" plot has certainly been done before, but never in this way. The story is told in verse, and the writing is incredibly lyrical and moving. Moth's voice comes through beautifully through the verse, and I felt like I got to know her extremely intimately over the course of the book. Moth's desire to find connection is very relatable, and I enjoyed seeing her relationship with Sani develop over the course of the book. The most incredible part of the book is the ending, which I won't say anything about except that it is unexpected and poignant.

Overall, this is truly a special book! Highly recommend!!
