This is the amusing tale of Cammie, a 15-year old girl who meets a guy she really likes. The problem? She is a spy-in-training and he can never find out. Plus, if the school learned about Josh, Cammie would be in big trouble, nevermind her mother being the headmistress of the school.
So Cammie begins the biggest covert operation of her life - but first she must figure out how to act like a normal teen!
A great first novel - love attacks everyone.

Read these in 7&8th grade and LORD I loved these books. These were my girls for real!
I really enjoyed this book though I found the ending left a bit to be desired...I am eagerly looking forward to reading the next one - though it seems almost impossible to buy it in the UK, amazon.co.uk here I come!
This was just a fun cute read. I mean what teenage girl doesn't want to be a spy??? Cammie was a very likable girl, who was caught between being a spy and being a normal teenager. Of course in walks a boy, who really makes her struggle with this decision. Her and her friends use all their Spy skills to figure out if he is for real or just a boy spy trying to infiltrate the school.. I enjoyed all the little spy tactics, the friendship between the girls, and a little romance between Cammy and Josh. Not quite sure if I'll continue with the series, but we shall see.

The books I read in this series were alright. I was in junior high when I read them and I think that's the intended audience and I thought it was a fun read at the time.
She told him she loved him
but then she killed him

I think I would have liked it better if I had read it instead of listening, because I wasn't so into the narrator. By the end of the book though I felt pretty invested in the Gallagher Girls and would be willing to give the next book a chance.
