I really did really like this book! I didn't expect to - the smashing success made me suspicious that it was too fluffy to be likable. But it's not! I think Cannie and I could really be friends, except for all that crying over her father malarkey. That was the only part of this whole book that got old to me - everything else was really sincere and pretty visceral. Best book I've read in awhile! Looking for a cute but 'real' romantic comedy (with some tragedy for balance, of course?)..read on, my friends!
A really funny and heartwarming book about life. About discovering yourself. About bad breakups and relationships and how to deal with it all. Has a Sex in the City kind of vibe but fun and cleverly written. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would read it again!
