This book is amazing! I read the Indonesian version of it, but it still shows me amazing description of a cat. How a cat can be so close to human, especially to their owner. Contain many stories about cats and their life with their owner. I cant choose my favorite story from this! All stories is beautiful and heartwarming

Loved loved loved this. I've always been done of all James Herriot's books and stories. It's a sweet, beautiful book that just warms your heart.

Adorable stories, although one is basically x-rated, that i thoroughly enjoyed. Herriot has a command of words and Helen/Siegfried/Tristan are tangible characters. The illustrations are cute and add to the experience.
A bit short for my taste, and i think it is more of a kids book, sorta. Will definitely read more Herriot.
