I just kept whispering “girl don’t do it” after she made absolutely any choice in the book. He needed to be more transparent with her but she will believe anything anyone tells her.

This book was so good! I honestly didn’t see that twist. I figured she would be something else!

And that ending, just ugh!!! Like I get it, she swore she wouldn’t break her promise to him and she swore it more then once. Then she breaks her promise!!!
But he is the villain so she should really stop forgetting that as well! I can’t wait to start the next book!!

I couldn't put this installment of the series down. Things continue to be a whirlwind for Wrath and Rain. Neither of them really knowing how to navigate the situation they are in (trying to avoid spoilers) or their feelings for each other. Again, I wish I could see this from Wrath's POV at certain points because how he reacts to certain things is fascinating. There's so much going on plot-wise again which makes it hard to put the book down. You get caught up in the whirlwind of everything going on, almost making you feel like you're in the situation with Rain. The ending has me super worried for Rain (and maybe Wrath a little bit). I can't wait to see how the author concludes the series.
