I really enjoyed this one and found the anxiety rep to be especially accurate and well portrayed. It did feel a little simplistic at times, but as it’s for a YA audience that’s understandable, but overall it was a charming look at two sad ghosts finding connection in a world that doesn’t seem to quite fit them.

This book hits the nail on the head especially how it portrays anxiety and depression, I found myself relating to a lot of what was going on and can honestly say it's something I would go back to and read over and over again to remind myself that my feelings are valid.
As someone who suffered with anxiety and depression I found myself relating to this book in so many ways, I often question my everyday choices and panic much like SG in the book. I feel that as a whole this book will not only help those who also have anxiety and depression but also help those who aren't sure whats going on in their own heads and need something to resonate with.
I'm already a fan of The Sad Ghost Club so I was excited to be given a chance to read this, I definitely would pick up a physical copy and go back to it as often as I needed it just to remind myself that I'm not alone and my feelings are very much validated.
