This book is repetitive, poorly written, and at times obnoxiously self-indulgent. I can only assume it was written to cash in on the hygge trend that hit the world a couple years back and as a hygge-ly experience for the author… not the reader.

Not bad, but it didn't rock my world. On the other hand, I gave me a furious envy of cuddling up by a fire with a good book and a cup of tea, even if the sun was shining and the windows opened !
However, when I see what the Danish eat... I don't think I'll ever go to this country, or I'll bring my own food.
