Woa, this was one or two notches above the others. I didn't expect it to be that good even if I have trouble woth the very last part. Overall quite an good read with unexpected twists, during which I was literally reading and going "whaaaaaat?..." woth mouth open and all. Good job. Wasn't expecting it to be that good, happy surprise.

I can honestly say that I did not quite know how this would end. Beyond a single character, I was unsure who would live, who would die, who was friend, who was for, and most importantly, how any of them would get there. Even to the last words of the book Brown expertly keeps the reader in suspense and never lets up on the surprises. A fitting end to a powerful trilogy.

I cried , I laughed but most of all I was shocked. Pierce Brown the master of subtle hints and last minute ruses.

Darrow is a cross of Jon Snow and Aelin Galathynius and I love him.
