These mafia romances are all starting to sound the same.
Don’t hold my thought against this book though! I think it’s still worth the read especially if you’ve read her other series (The Dark Syndicate). You might recognize a few characters!

Additionally, Mikhail doesn’t know if his father will choose him or his brother Ivan to take over as leader of the Bratva. What he does know is that there are unnamed enemies out to destroy him and his bride if he can’t figure out who they are and how to stop them.
This book is AMAZING! The relationship between Mikhail and Natalia is fiery, tempestuous, and exciting.
